Priceless WaterCare, a family business located in Bowie, Texas (Montague County), is locally owned by Allan and Janet Price.

Priceless WaterCare is a member of the Texas Water Quality Association, which has been serving the Texas Water Quality Industry since 1973. 

Priceless WaterCare is certified under the TCEQ Water Treatment Specialist (WTS) Program, which assures that individuals are well-trained in water treatment application, installation, service, and ongoing maintenance practices - and that their work will help to protect public health.

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is the environmental agency for the State, striving to protect the state's human and natural resources consistent with sustainable economic development.  Their goal is clean air, clean water, and the safe management of waste.

Priceless WaterCare is a franchise dealership of WaterCare Corporation, which was established in 1946 and is based in Mantiowoc, Wisconsin.  WaterCare Corporation and its family of WaterCare Dealers offer people in 35 states the latest technology and training to stand as an industry leader.

Allan Price comes from an aviation background, where the attention to minute detail is vitally important.  In 1987, Allan began working for American Airlines as an Aircraft Engine Mechanic.  He later transferred to Dallas, Texas, as an Avionics Mechanic, where he met Janet, a Flight Attendant also working for American Airlines.  In 1999, Allan became an Aircraft Component Inspector at the American Airlines Alliance Base in Fort Worth, Texas.

In July 2005, Allan and Janet purchased the WaterCare franchise dealership from Greg Shaw of Shaw's WaterCare, which had been serving Montague, Wise and the surrounding counties since 1993.
